The Big Garden Bird watch is the biggest bird survey in the world. In 2016, over 500,000 people participated, counting over 8 million birds in the process. What began as a children's activity in 1979 has grown and grown into the event we have today. It has meant the RSPB now have a snapshot of what our nation's bird climate is like, from 40 years of data recorded by you!When is the Big Garden Birdwatch 2017?
