A really lovely cage for the little birds. Well made and a good price. Looks very pretty in the garden too.
We have raised this up on a pile of bricks rather than using it as a ground feeder, so that the woodpigeons, rooks and jackdaws can't get their heads in as we wanted it for small birds only. There is nowhere for larger birds to stand doing it this way.. However, so far, only one robin has shown it a fleeting glimpse and the other birds are ignoring it. Anyhow, it makes a nice garden ornament, is strong and well made, and arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. Great value for money and I am sure the little birds will accept it, given more time.

Nice product, sturdy. Came with some food for birds. Initially I was worried if openings are not too small, but when came from work all food inside was gone. This morning i had time to watch and starlings found their way to use it. They have their own feeder with mealworms, I wanted something for small birds only as they don't stand a chance with bigger birds swamping feeders and emptying them all in 15min! As sterlings figured it out- putting head through, pigeons decided to follow, now I'm worried I'll have a pigeon with head stuck I'm! Buggers! I'll need to find something much larger so when I put food in, only little ones can reach!
Well made item. The hole size is on the small size. I was expecting larger to allow blackbird’s access. Will wait and see which birds actually use it !
I have had this feeder for 2 weeks and so far it has worked a treat. The larger birds can't get the food and even the squirrels haven't manage to unlock it. The quality is good and at the moment worth every penny.
