Ease & Excel – Low Starch, High Fibre Feed for Horses and Ponies

Ease & Excel is a high fibre, low starch feed designed to promote weight gain, condition maintenance, and performance in horses and ponies that require a controlled starch diet. It is ideal for excitable horses, those in work, and horses with clinical requirements such as a predisposition to gastric ulcers.

The formula is rich in superfibres, which are highly digestible and provide slow release energy. These fibre sources are also naturally high in pectin, a soluble fibre that forms a mucus-like structure in the stomach, helping to protect the stomach lining from acid attack.

Ease & Excel contains no cereal flakes, ensuring minimal starch levels. Outshine is included to provide additional slow release calories from a blend of soya and linseed oils, while alfalfa chaff encourages chewing and provides natural acid-buffering properties.

Fully balanced with vitamins and chelated minerals, Ease & Excel also contains enhanced levels of antioxidants including vitamins C, E, and selenium to support muscle function, performance, and immunity. The bespoke Protexin In-Feed Formula includes natural antacids to buffer excess stomach acid, alongside pre- and probiotics to support gut health, fibre digestion, and digestive efficiency.
