Heygates Grower Pellets – Follow-On Feed from 3–4 Weeks
Heygates Grower Pellets are a high-quality follow-on poultry feed designed to support steady, healthy development after baby chick crumbs. Ideal for growing birds from 3–4 weeks of age, these pellets provide balanced nutrition to promote strong growth, good feathering, and overall condition during the important growing stage.
With 15.5% protein and 4% fibre, this ration is formulated to meet the needs of developing poultry while helping support digestive health and efficient feed conversion.
Key Features
- Designed to Follow Chick Crumbs – Transition from crumbs at 3–4 weeks of age.
- 15.5% Protein – Supports controlled growth and muscle development.
- 4% Fibre – Helps support gut health during development.
- With Coccidiostat – Supports flock health during the vulnerable growing period.
- Pelleted Format – Reduces selective feeding and minimises waste.
Suitable For
- Growing chicks after starter crumbs
- Young poultry in the grower stage
- Birds being reared for meat (with appropriate withdrawal period)
Feeding Guide
Feed as the main daily ration from 3–4 weeks of age until birds are ready to move onto the next life-stage feed.
- Provide fresh pellets daily in a clean feeder.
- Ensure constant access to fresh, clean water.
- Adjust amounts according to breed size, temperature, and access to ranging.
Important Usage Information (Coccidiostat)
- Withdrawal before slaughter: Do not feed for 5 days before slaughter. Switch to a suitable finisher feed (e.g., Turkey/Poultry Finisher).
- Not for replacement laying birds over 16 weeks: Due to the coccidiostat content, do not feed to birds intended for laying once they are over 16 weeks of age.
Reliable Nutrition for Strong, Healthy Growers
